The contents of the vase are so interesting!

The moment I got home carrying this bunch of flowers,
Fouskas curiosity was piqued to such an extent
that he discontinued his serene slumber
to examine the sweet-scented temptation.
In a minute, he started munching the edges of the leaves,
despite our attempts to stop him.
Finally, we had to put the vase on the balcony
for a while, in order to distract his attention.
To no avail of course.
Whenever we put the vase inside,
his nose just dragged him back to it.
While we were watching him,
he simply stayed motionless, in his sphinx posture,
feigning innocence!
